Welcome to our beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located in St. George, Utah! This property boasts stunning views from the patio and convenient access to the community's waterfall pool and hot tub. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the guest room has twin beds that can be converted into a king size bed to create a second master. The living room also has a queen size sofa bed. The full size kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, cups, and utensils. The property also comes with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Our condo is located in a desirable community that offers access to a clubhouse and water park with indoor and outdoor pools, a splash pad, and a water slide. In addition, you'll have access to over six swimming pools, two exercise facilities, basketball courts, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, and many other indoor and outdoor activities. We also make sure every surface of the home is wiped down with commercial cleaners with bleach, paying special attention to items such as remote controls, doorknobs, cupboard handles, and anything within the home which are touched by hands on a regular basis. We provide single use products rather than large bottles of shampoos, soaps, etc. which have been used by previous guests. Our goal is for our guests to have a safe, enjoyable time staying at a My 2nd Home property, knowing that the home they are staying in has been cared for and cleaned by the best in the business.
