Your Safety is our #1 Concern! My 2nd Home, LLC was founded by a previous General Manager of a Wyndham Resort. She brought her extensive knowledge through years of training on customer safety to this business. She personally hires and trains our housekeepers. These are not outsourced staff; they are actual trained employees of the company. The staff at My 2nd Home, LLC is always putting our guest’s safety at the top of the list of priorities. We start by providing professionally laundered linens through American Linen Supply Company (ALSCO). This assures your sheets, towels, bathmats, etc. have been cleaned using commercial machines with boilers and commercial grade cleaners which kill more germs than a home washer/dryer can do. We also make sure every surface of the home is wiped down with commercial cleaners with bleach, paying special attention to items such as remote controls, doorknobs, cupboard handles, and anything within the home which are touched by hands on a regular basis. We provide single use products rather than large bottles of shampoos, soaps, etc. which have been used by previous guests. Our goal is for our guests to have a safe, enjoyable time staying at a My 2nd Home property, knowing that the home they are staying in has been cared for and cleaned by the best in the business.
